Top - LHP, Dominic Fritton will get the start for the Wolfpack. Fritton strikes out Corey Collins to start the contest. Charlie Condon steps to the plate with nobody on in the first. Condon laces a line drive into left field. Slate Alford then leaves the yard to give the Bulldogs the lead in the first inning (2-0). Toetz strikes out swinging for the second out of the inning. Bottom - RHP, Leighton Finley will get the start for the Bulldogs. Leadoff hitter Eli Serrano pops out to left field for the first out. Pennington flies out to first base in foul territory for the second out. Finley strikes out A. Makarewicz to end the inning.

Second Inning: Dawgs Leave one Stranded, (2-0)
Top - Logan Johnson grounds out to third for the first out of the inning. Dillon Carter hits a double down the first base line to get a Bulldog in scoring position. Gonzalez grounds out to second base, moving Carter to third base with two outs. Kolby Branch makes a loud line drive out into left field to end the top half.

Bottom - Jacob Cozart will lead off for NC State with a four-pitch walk. B. Butterworth hits a single to left field to put runners on first and second with nobody out. A fly ball to left field turns into a double play as Dillon Carter throws out the tagging runner at third base. Gonzalez throws out a runner at second on an attempted stolen base to end the inning.

Third Inning: Tre Phelps hits a towering three-run shot (5-0)
Top - Corey Collins leads off the inning for the Bulldogs with a line drive base hit. Charlie Condon comes to the plate with one on and nobody out. Condon flies out to right for the first out of the inning. Slate Alford jumps on the first pitch and laces a single to right field. Toetz grounds out into a fielder's choice for the second out of the inning to bring up Tre Phelps. Phelps hits a towering, three-run shot over the center-field batter's eye, a no-doubter to extend the Georgia lead.

Bottom - Nixon leads off the bottom half with a ground ball out to second base. Finley strikes out Heavner looking. Noah Soles to the plate now. Soles hits a two-out double off the right field wall. Serrano grounds out to second base to end the inning.

Fourth Inning: Dawgs tack on more runs (8-0)
Top - Dillon Carter will lead off the fourth for the Bulldogs. Carter draws a five-pitch walk to start the inning. Gonzalez lays down a perfectly placed bunt that is misplayed by NC State, everyone is safe to put two Bulldogs on base with nobody out. D. Fritton will exit the contest as we have our first pitching change of the day, R. Marohn is now on the mound for the Wolfpack. Branch hits an RBI double off the left field wall (6-0) Corey Collins steps to the plate with runners at second and third, nobody out. Collins hits a ground ball into the shift for an out, but another run scores (7-0). Condon is intentionally walked. A four-pitch walk to Slate Alford loads the bases for Toetz. Toetz pops out in foul territory for the second out. Tre Phelps steps up to the plate and is hit by a pitch to bring home another run (8-0). L. Jordan steps to the plate with the bases loaded and two outs, he would go on to strike out to end the inning.

Bottom - A four-pitch walk to Pennington starts the inning. Makarewicz strikes out swinging for the first out of the inning. Cozart pops out to centerfield for the second out of the inning. B. Butterworth steps to the plate with two outs and hits a single into left field. A. Sosa strikes out looking to end the inning.

Fifth Inning: Dawgs strand runners on thanks to a double play (8-0)
Top - F. Gonzalez starts the top of the fifth off with a one-out double after D. Carter strikes out. Kolby Branch reaches base on an infield hit, bringing up Corey Collins with two on, and one out. Collins hits into a double play to end the inning.

Bottom - Finley will take the mound again for the fifth inning. L. Nixon pops out to first base for the first out. M. Heavner reaches on an error in left field by Toetz. Finley strikes out N. Soles swinging for the second out of the inning. Serrano grounds out to Slate Alford at second base for the final out of the inning.

Sixth Inning: Toetz tacks on another (9-0)
Top - Condon lines out to third base for the first out of the inning. Slate Alford grounds out to third base for the second out of the inning. Toetz hits a solo shot to left field (9-0). Tre Phelps steps to the plate with two outs and he pops out to left to end the top of the sixth.

Bottom - Finley continues to pitch for the Bulldogs in the sixth. Kolby Branch makes an incredible play to get the first out of the inning but it is under review. The play is overturned and Pennington is called safe at first. A 3-6-3 double play clears the bases now with two outs. Jacob Cozart hits a blooper into left field for a base hit. Butterworth grounds out to end the sixth.

Seventh Inning: Gonzalez drives in another insurance run (10-1), NC State scores finally.
Top - L. Jordan is hit by a pitch to start the seventh. A sacrifice bunt from D. Carter moves Chadwich (pinch-runner) to second base with one out. Georgia catcher Fernando Gonzalez injured his right wrist on the fourth pitch of his at-bat, drawing the trainers' attention but he remained in the game. Gonzalez pokes one into left field to score another run (10-0) but is thrown out at second base for the second out of the inning. Kolby Branch flies out to center for the final out of the inning for the Bulldogs.

Bottom - Finley takes the mound for the seventh inning. Finley gets Sosa to fly out to left field for the first out of the inning. Nixon lines a ball into centerfield for the first hit of the inning for the Wolfpack. Another single hit to right center field puts two on with one out for the Wolfpack. A potential double-play ball is legged out a first base scoring the first Wolfpack run of the day. (10-1). A ground ball finds it's way through the shift off Serrano's bat, leading to a pitching change for Georgia. Brian Zeldin will enter the game for the Bulldogs with two outs. Pennington pops out to first base to end the inning.

Eighth Inning: Collins hits a solo shot (11-1), Cozart homers again. (11-2)
Top - Corey Collins hits a solo shot to lead off the 8th. (11-1). Charlie Condon steps to the plate but not before a Wolfpack pitching change as RHP H. Fanning enters. Condon grounds out to third base for the first out of the inning. Slate Alford grounds out for the second out of the inning. Toetz hits a two-out double. Tre Phelps grounds out to short to end the inning.

Bottom - Makarewicz grounds out to second base to start the bottom half. Cozart hits a ball off the scoreboard for his third home run of the Super Regional. A fly ball out from Butterworth brings up Sosa with two outs. Sosa strikes out looking to end the inning.

Ninth Inning: Dawgs go quietly in the ninth, (11-2)
Top - Clayton Chadwick starts the ninth with a single up the middle. Dillon Carter grounds out to third base. The Wolfpack makes a pitching change. Chadwick is picked off at second base for the second out of the inning. A final out is recorded via a pop-out to right field.

Bottom - A four-pitch walk to Nixon starts the bottom half. A pop up to the pitcher creates a double play for Georgia. Two outs in the ninth. A third out is recorded in right field. We have a game three.
