I substituted two Anaheim chilies and only used one jalapeño and then a bunch of small sweet peppers. It was still really hot! But it was totally delicious. I will definitely make it again.

This is one of our go to meals and has replaced our traditional chili We modify the recipe by roasting the poblanos and jalepenos which gives us a great Smokey spiced flavor. We use this recipe to stuff our verde enchiladas as well!. When making our new chili...we add some cannellini beans during the sauté step.

Delicious! I didn’t de-seed my jalapeños and it was spicy! I love spicy, but added a bit of cream cheese to tone it down and make it creamy. I will be making this again!

It was yummy! I used chicken breast to save calories and it was perfect. I also added a can of white kidney beans to give it a little more body and to add fiber. The tomatillos and the lime juice made it so flavorful. It could have used a bit of a kick so next time I will add more peppers.

Very delicious, be careful with the cumin as it will easily override the other flavors. Added extra Jalepeno for a bit kore of a kick and seared the chicken beforehand fir a deeper flavor. Definitely will be part of my lean protein prep kit.

Really tasty. The whole family liked it! Used chicken breast (personal preference) and it still turned out great.

Outstanding! Big hit for Super Bowl! We’ve made this chili verde for family, friends and cold weekends, always a crowd pleaser.

Amazing. Leave the seeds in for more spice!

This turned out well except the tomatillos they used just have about 100x more water in them than mine. I went with a half cup of water because I knew my pressure cooker wouldn’t work with less, and I still ended up with a very thick product.

Excellent. Would also make a great filling for enchiladas which I plan to test out soon

Good recipe I’ve used green salsa when I can’t get tomatillos. I like to sauté the chicken first to get some good crispy flavor bits in the pan before pressure cooking everything.

This had a nice flavor but wasn't spicy at all. I'll use some hotter peppers next time.

Really wonderful. So flavorful and a little spicy. I made these a few months ago and I used the meat to make tacos for my daughter. For me I scooped some in a bowl and added sour cream and avocado on top. I froze half and just took it out tonight. It freezes really well. I used the meat for taquitos for the kids and they both loved them. My son wouldn't even try it last time. I think he's sold now.

Directions worked perfectly. We adjusted the salt (needed a little more for our tastes), and stirred in a little sour cream before serving. Delicious, thanks!

This is special. The best instant pot recipe I have tried. The only complaint is that there wasn’t enough of it to satisfy my family

This was so good! I have already made it twice in the last week. I used chicken breast instead of thighs but followed the rest of the recipe.

This was amazing! I struggle to follow recipes, using them more as a suggestion than an actual step by step, so I added some other seasonings to this and I think I bumped up the number of tomatillos and poblanos. Everyone loved it with rice and tortillas
