As a part-time new hire you're allowed two days to call-out (without pay) within a sliding thirty day window. So if you call out on the 1st, you can call out once more in the next 30 days without getting fired. Three call outs in a thirty day period and they boot you. 10 sick days no questions asked.

The attendance policy is extremely strict and on most occasions if a worker calls off, regardless of the reason, they will receive an unexcused absence.

Front line employees do not get bonuses. FedEx Freight employees receive bonuses across the board.

Any shipment over 150 lbs. is considered freight. Freight shipping is the transportation of goods, commodities and cargo in bulk by ship, aircraft, truck or intermodal via train and road. It can be transported domestically or internationally by land, air or sea.

Other Officers: Any other FedEx officer and his or her family and guests may use FedEx corporate aircraft for personal travel. Others: Except as set forth above, no personal travel on FedEx corporate aircraft will be permitted by any person who is not an officer of FedEx.

If you are in management, you must never hire, supervise, promote, discipline or influence the compensation or work assignment of a Close Personal Relationship unless you have received written permission from your legal department.

The probation period is 90 days.

If you missed your delivery, FedEx might make additional attempts to deliver your package, or for residential addresses; it may be redirected to a nearby FedEx or FedEx OnSite location for customer pickup.
